Store Policy

All transactions are in Australian dollars.
All none online orders must be done in writing and must be prepaid in full.
Sizes: All sizes given should be considered as approximate.

Colours: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Diane Bergeron Interiors. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

 

Delivery Policy

Shipping terms: Incoterms 2000 Exw collingwood, Victoria, Australia

After ordering goods online, you will receive an email confirmation from Diane Bergeron Interiors containing your order details (as long as your email address has been provided correctly). This confirmation email will normally be sent to you within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post/courier within seven working days; however if goods are oversized or require special handling  you will be contacted within two business days of you purchase to arrange delivery.

Refund & Returns Policy

If an item is faulty or you are not satisfied with your purchase we will give you a five day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods.  You must notify customer care in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your order within five days of receiving your items.  You should also return your item(s) within 3 days of receiving a confirmation from us on cancelling your order. This refund policy does not apply to cut fabric, special/custom orders, goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You are responsible for any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Diane Bergeron Interiors Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Note: Our products are not guaranteed against wearing, fading, shrinking or cracking. We are not responsible for any processes applied to the fabric after it leaves our showroom. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Receiving a refund

If you obtain a refund the cost of the item(s) will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
